Córdoba
Project Name: Córdoba
Precious Metal(s): Gold and Copper
Location: Puerto Libertador, Córdoba (Col)
Size: 25,790 hectares
Status: Exploration (Geochemical and Drilling)

The Cordoba Project lies adjacent to the San Pedro River near Puerto Libertador in the Department of Cordoba and covers approximately 26,000 hectares of under-explored marine volcano-sedimentary rocks intruded by various diorite porphyry intrusives. The target rocks are believed to be highly prospective for copper-gold porphyry, Iron Oxide-Copper-Gold (IOCG), and skarn type deposits. Local artisanal miners have been recovering gold from gold-bearing saprolitic soils and weathered bedrock using monitors, sluices and pans. The presence of abundant artisanal gold workings across the greater project area attests to the prospectivity of the land holdings. Outcropping porphyry-style gold and copper mineralization is hosted by intensely fractured and quartz-magnetite veined andesitic volcanics and/or dioritic intrusives. Both disseminated and vein style porphyry gold-copper mineralization has been recognized and extensively sampled at the artisanal Montiel mine. Drilling is expected to commence on the Montiel target in Q4 2012 as exploration for additional targets in the project concessions continues. Minatura sold 11% ownership of the project to Cordoba Minerals Corp. (f/k/a Wesgold Minerals Inc.) (TSX-V: CDB) and CDB has an earn in right for additional equity in exchange for its commitment to provide USD$15 million in exploration capital.

Remedios
Project Name: Remedios
Precious Metal(s): Gold
Location: Remedios-Amalfi-Vegachí, Antioquia (Col)
Size: 14,381 hectares
Status: Early Exploration

The Remedios Project covers approximately 14,000 hectares and is in the well known Remedios – Segovia mining district on the southwest border of the Gran Colombia Gold Corp property (f/k/a Frontino Gold Mines), the largest producing underground gold mine in Colombia. For centuries, mining has been a vital part of the economy in this region, currently more than 500 small mines constitute the primary economic activity and source of employment in the region. The project covers the extensions along strike or down dip of veins being explored and exploited by Gran Colombia. At least five target areas have been identified: "San Pablo", "La Bartola", "Poliantea", "La Zapata" and "El Chicharron". "The Bartola" prospect includes old underground workings and the "San Pablo" prospect includes a current mine. At the San Pablo mine location, Minatura built a modern 100tpd processing plant with permitting in place to expand to 300tpd. In July 2011, Minatura closed a transaction with Tolima Gold (TSX-V: TOG) pursuant to which TOG acquired the right to purchase 100% of the project and the processing plant. 75% of the equity in the project is being held pending TOG completing its post-closing conditions of conducting USD$12 million in exploration to create a NI 43-101 technical report resource and pay Minatura a payment based on the amount of the resource. TOG Started a 10,000 m drilling program in February 2012.

Anori
Project Name: Anori
Precious Metal(s): Gold
Location: Anori, Antiouqia (Col)
Size: 6,707 hectares
Status: Exploration (Geochemical, Geophysical and Drilling to Start in Q4 2012)

The Anorí Project is near the town of Anorí in the Department of Antioquia and covers 6,707 hectares. Au Veins are hosted in quartz-sericite schists. The project surrounds the well known artisanal La Constancia Mine which has produced promising Au grades. Minatura is conducting geochemical and geophysical analyses and expects to start exploratory drilling in Q4 2012. Minatura owns 86% of the project.
